I want to configure my Motorola GP380, but always when I write in the device, it cannot save the configuration. What can I do?

In order to fix the problem, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. Also, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc, click OK, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the device to your computer and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If you still can't save the configuration, try contacting Motorola support team.
